Apollo Conservatories

11 Ashburton Conservatory Gallery

The client had lived with the old extension for many years, but it was not quite big enough. Due to the shallow pitch of the extension roof it would have been difficult to extend it out further. It was also noticed that when driving rain occurred they did get some leakage through the roof. Despite numerous attempts to correct the problem it still persisted. A decision was therefore made to completely replace the existing extension.

The design chosen by the clients after much deliberation, gave them extra space, a more defined area for use as a Conservatory or Orangery, a substantial entrance with covered porch and a Utility area doubling as a back door entrance, again with an extended roof forming a porch.

Being situated on the moor, the Lichen colour helps it to blend comfortably within it surroundings.
